Son Posh
Son means gold, posh means flower. In the Son Posh design the flowers themselves are painted in gold, arranged in radial symmetry from a central medallion, in the manner of a Mughal manuscript border or a carpet centre.

Gold on dark grounds
On a black or deep brown ground, gold florals arranged in geometric symmetry give the design a formal, architectural quality. It suits trays, mirrors and other objects with a strong central axis — and rooms where restraint is preferred to colour.
