Consultation in your time zone

We hold private video consultations from late morning to evening Arabia Standard Time, with weekend appointments by arrangement, in natural daylight at the atelier so that silk shows its true colour. You see each piece turned in the light, the back of every carpet, and the knots counted on camera.

For a significant commission we can also discuss a viewing at your residence or with your designer.

Scale and symmetry

Large reception rooms call for carpets of exceptional size, often in matched pairs or sets, and for designs that hold together across a wide floor: the medallion, the garden compartment and the all-over floral field. We knot to any dimension and match dye lots across a set.

Ceremonial copper, silver-finished

Naqashi copperware with a Ruqai silver coating — samovars, jugs and glasses, serving pieces — is the traditional gift of honour. We engrave crests and calligraphy to order.

Delivery to Saudi Arabia and Qatar

Every piece is packed by hand at the atelier — carpets rolled around a core in breathable cloth, papier-mâché and copper cushioned in fitted cartons — and sent door-to-door by insured international courier with tracking.

Import duties and local taxes vary by country and are set by your customs authority; we tell you what to expect before you confirm, and prepare every document your customs office needs, including the GI certification for carpets and Pashmina.
