We hold private video consultations from late morning to evening Gulf Standard Time, including weekends by arrangement, in natural daylight at the atelier so that silk shows its true colour. You see each piece turned in the light, the back of every carpet, and the knots counted on camera.

For a significant commission we can also discuss a viewing at your residence or with your designer.

Carpets for the majlis

A majlis asks for a large, symmetrical carpet that reads from every seat — the medallion designs, or a garden carpet — in silk on silk for its lustre under evening light. We knot to the full dimensions of the room, and to a palette that answers the upholstery.

Gifting with meaning

For Eid, weddings and diplomatic occasions we prepare Pashmina with Tilla or Sozni borders, silver-coated (Ruqai) samovars and tea sets, and Darbar papier-mâché — with monograms, crests or dates worked in by hand. Sets can be prepared in quantity with lead time.

Delivery to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the GCC

Every piece is packed by hand at the atelier — carpets rolled around a core in breathable cloth, papier-mâché and copper cushioned in fitted cartons — and sent door-to-door by insured international courier with tracking.

Import duties and local taxes vary by country and are set by your customs authority; we tell you what to expect before you confirm, and prepare every document your customs office needs, including the GI certification for carpets and Pashmina.
