Canada has one of the largest and most knowledgeable communities of Kashmiri and South Asian heritage outside the subcontinent — and a long winter that understands Pashmina. We serve clients from Toronto to Vancouver directly from the atelier.

Consultation in your time zone
We hold private video consultations from early morning to mid-afternoon Eastern time, and by arrangement for the Pacific coast, in natural daylight at the atelier so that silk shows its true colour. You see each piece turned in the light, the back of every carpet, and the knots counted on camera.
For a significant commission we can also discuss a viewing at your residence or with your designer.
Warmth, in both senses
A silk carpet on a hardwood floor is a Canadian winter luxury; a Pashmina worn over a coat is a daily one. For weddings in the community we prepare Tilla and Sozni shawls with monograms, and sets in quantity with lead time.
Delivery to Canada
Every piece is packed by hand at the atelier — carpets rolled around a core in breathable cloth, papier-mâché and copper cushioned in fitted cartons — and sent door-to-door by insured international courier with tracking.
Import duties and local taxes vary by country and are set by your customs authority; we tell you what to expect before you confirm, and prepare every document your customs office needs, including the GI certification for carpets and Pashmina.
